What time can I access the room? Check-in: The rooms are available from 12:00 - For arrivals after 3:00 pm, please give information by phone.
What time do I have to leave the room? Check-out: Please allow us to make rooms available to the following guests in the condition of maximum cleanliness, freeing them by 10:00 am
If I arrive late in the evening? Our staff is ready to welcome you 24/24, however a telephone communication about the arrival time is appreciated.
If I arrive to the airport or to the train station, do you have a Shuttle service? Of course. Just communicate the details of your arrival when booking or even later and we will organize the transfer. The rates of this booking service are very advantageous.
Can I take advantage of the beach, swimming pools and parking the day of departure? These services are included from the day of arrival but not the day of departure. Based on daily availability, we will be happy to let you them available with a small additional charge.
Can I recharge my electric car? Of course. We have a 11 kw electric vehicle charging station available for guests, with additional charge.
What time do you serve breakfast and Pasta Time? Breakfast is served from 07.45 am to 10.30 am, Pasta Time from 12.00 to 1.00 pm.
Is Pasta Time service at midday always included? Pasta Time is included for those who book directly on our site, by email or by phone. It is a service that is included on the day of arrival but not on the day of departure.
Do you have high chairs for children in the dining room? Of course! We will provide high chairs for children and coloured cutlery suitable for the little ones. (Strollers are not allowed in the dining room)
Do you have beach towels? Yes, for hire at a cost of € 3 each.

How can I reach Venice? The Moby Dick motor ship will take you directly to Piazza San Marco. The docking is in front of the hotel. Our reception staff will be happy to give you all the information about it and help you organize excursions and guided tours.
Are the prices in the price list published on the website also applied at weekends? The rates in our price list are for minimum stays of 4 days. For requests for shorter stays the prices could be increased.

How much do children who occupy the third or fourth bed in the room pay? For children staying in the parents' room on a cot, we apply a reduction of 50% for up to 3 years, 30% for up to 8 years, over 20% for 8 years, adults 10%.
When is my booking confirmed? The reservation is confirmed if received in writing and followed by the payment of a deposit by bank transfer or credit card. After making the reservation, you will receive immediately an e-mail confirming the booking with a summary of your stay.

If I cancel my reservation, will I lose my deposit? Please note that, in case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained. In case of late arrival or early departure we reserve the right to charge the booked period of stay. For this reason, we recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy with your insurance company.
